Cheryl Green Joins Hamister Group as Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Williamsville, NY - Cheryl Green Joins Hamister Group, LLC as Senior Vice President, General Counsel Williamsville, NY ( April 1, 2013) –  Hamister Group, LLC is pleased to announce the hire of Cheryl Green as the company’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel.

In her new role, Ms. Green will be a critical member of the Company’s Senior Leadership providing superior legal and business input, resolving complex legal and business matters as well as working with other members of Senior Leadership to expand the company’s business and management portfolios.

Ms. Green comes to Hamister Group from Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP where she spent the last two and a half years as a commercial litigation and regulatory attorney involving state and federal issues. Prior to this role, Ms. Green was the Erie C ounty Attorney and managed all civil litigation for one of the largest municipal governments in New York State.

Ms. Green is a graduate of the Cleveland Marshall College of Law, J.D. and the University at Buffalo, B.A.
