Steve has a passion for cultivating a guest-centric culture, where every encounter is an opportunity to exceed expectations; and guiding his team towards excellence in service while fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Steve joined the Hamister Hospitality team in 2020 and currently supports the success of our hotel properties in the Western New York area.
