Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown Now Open!

Hamister Group, LLC announced today that they have officially opened the doors to their Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown location at 10 Lafayette Square.

The Hamister Group purchased this historic building (formerly known as the Tishman Building) in December 2012 and since that time has been working on a total transformation which is now officially complete.

Hamister Group’s corporate headquarters moved into the top three floors (18-20) of the building in July 2014, followed by three floors (15-17) consisting of eighteen luxury one and two bedroom apartments in August 2014. Six of the eighteen apartments are still available for lease.

The last stage of this building’s complete transformation is the 124-room, full service Hilton Garden Inn which is now open for business and accepting reservations. The Hilton Garden Inn consists of suite and standard hotel rooms with stunning views of the City, a lobby bar, full service restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and 3,800 square feet of meeting and banquet space.
