Hamister Group, LLC Expands Hospitality Footprint to Mississippi

Hamister Group, LLC closed on a 121 - room Holiday Inn in Southaven, MS this week . The hotel is in a suburb of Memphis, TN, and will be the third - largest hotel of the nine owned by the Company.

The hotel employs 41 people and will be managed onsite by Jan is Moeller, who has over 25 years of experience in hospitality management. The hotel features a restaurant and bar, as well as a banquet facility that is available for business meetings or weddings. This project was funded by local and national private investors, many of whom have been instrumental in the growth of Hamister Group , Inc .

“Having a hotel in the Memphis area fits very well in our hospitality growth strategy. This property in particular fits our criteria for exceptional investments based on its size, amenities and the growth we are projecting for the region ,” says Dan Hamister, Senior Vice President of Hamister Group, LLC.

The Hamister Group, LLC is the owner and operator of three assisted living facilities in Western New York, a home health care service in Northern New York, and nine hotels in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi. Hamister Group, Inc. is based out of Williamsville , New York, and employs nearly 800 people.
