Carla Thaller
Regional Director of Operations, Hotels
Carla Thaller joined Hamister Group, LLC in August of 2016 as the Regional Director of Operations, Hotels. Her duties include the oversight and support of four hotels across the state of Pennsylvania. Thaller is responsible for ensuring that all hotels in her portfolio operate smoothly to maximize guest and associate satisfaction, sales, and profit margins. Outside of her Hamister Group duties, she also works as the Secretary for the Executive Board of Directors for the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Board of Associates for the Lehigh Valley Health Network Hazleton. Thaller graduated from King’s College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Under her leadership, Thaller’s hotels have achieved numerous Marriott International Awards, including the Chairman’s Award for Highest Overall Satisfaction in 2008 and the 2007 Platinum Circle Award.
