Brompton Heights Assisted Living to Undergo Major Renovation, Offering 47 New Suites
WILLIAMSVILLE, NY – Brompton Heights Senior Living, a leading provider of senior care in

The renovation began in the summer of 2024 and is expected to be completed by spring 2025. The renovation will add 31,000 square feet of new space to the existing 139,000-square-foot facility, increasing Brompton Heights’ total bed capacity from 94 to 141. This will allow the community to better serve the growing needs of seniors in the area while enhancing the overall care environment.

The 47 new suites will be tailored to meet the individual needs of residents who require basic assisted living and enhanced care services should the need arise. Many of the new suites will be equipped with kitchenettes, providing additional privacy and convenience for residents who prefer to store personal items or prepare light refreshments within their rooms.
In addition to the new suites, Brompton Heights will be expanding its common areas and introducing a variety of new communal spaces. These spaces are designed to foster social
interaction, activity, and engagement among residents. Updated outdoor areas will also be included in the renovation, creating a welcoming environment for residents and families to
enjoy. A remodeled salon will also be a key feature of the project, providing residents with access to high-quality personal care services in a modern and relaxing setting.
As part of the renovation, Brompton Heights is committed to improving the accessibility of the facility for all residents. The addition of ramps and a wheelchair lift will ensure that residents with mobility challenges can move easily between floors and throughout the facility.
