Hamister Group, LLC, is pleased to announce the sale of its Fairfield Inn in Smyrna, Tennessee.
The 62-room hotel was acquired by Hamister Group in 2004. It recently underwent a more than $1 million renovation to public spaces and guest rooms. The hotel was a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence recipient in 2016.
“This disposition underscores our strategy of securing underperforming assets, infusing them with much-needed capital and our customer-centric hospitality model, stabilizing them, and delivering a satisfactory ROI for our shareholders,” Chief Investment Officer Daniel M. Hamister said.
