Hamister Group, LLC today announced the appointment of Jim Cavallo as its new Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. In this role, Jim will oversee core operational functions across both the healthcare and hotel divisions of Hamister Group.

With more than 30 years of experience in hospitality management, Jim brings extensive operational expertise and a proven track record of results. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Midas Hospitality, where he led a diverse portfolio of 42 hotels, including brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Best Western, and played a central role in opening seven new properties. Jim’s leadership helped reduce turnover in key management positions, elevate guest satisfaction scores, and secure Midas’s recognition as a preferred third-party manager by Mariott. His reputation for being a strategic leader and for building high-performing teams positions him to strengthen Hamister Group’s operations and drive continued growth across both its healthcare and hospitality divisions.
