As Chief Operating Officer at Hamister Group, Jim oversees the company’s healthcare and hospitality operations, driving performance, growth, and team development across both divisions.

Prior to joining Hamister Group, Jim served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Marketing at Midas Hospitality. There, he led a diverse portfolio of 42 hotels representing leading brands such as Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Best Western. He played a key role in the successful opening of seven new properties and was instrumental in reducing turnover in key management positions, elevating guest satisfaction scores, and securing Midas Hospitality’s recognition as a preferred third-party manager by Marriott.
